Instructor Profiles
Lois MacEachern
Ms. MacEachern has accumulated over 20 years of field experience in the mining, construction and utility industries. She possesses an extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures and practical applications of confined space and fall protection.
Ms. MacEachern is an OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer and is authorized to conduct 10- and 30- hour training on various OSHA construction topics.
Ms. MacEachern is also a graduate of Seneca College, has had her certificate in Mine Rescue, and through the Construction Safety Association of Ontario has received her Advanced Health and Safety Representative certificate and has received her Confined Space certificate from Leeds & Grenville, Confined Space Training Facility.
Lois has also received her Qualified Inspector of Fall Protection equipment certificate and her Competent Trainer/Specialist in Fall Protection from Sulowski Fall Protection Inc. in association with CSA Learning Centre and the International Society for Fall Protection. Lois has also provided fall protection and confined space products and services to major utility, government and construction companies throughout Canada.
Currently Ms. MacEachern provides instruction on fall prevention/protection, confined space basic entry, confined space emergency procedures and performs fall protection audits for major utility, municipalities and construction companies throughout North America
Nicole Rollings
Ms. Rollings is a graduated with Honours from Sir Sandford Fleming College, with her Human Resources Management Diploma. She has earned her Train the Trainers Certification in Fall Protection. Additionally she has obtained her Qualified Inspector of Fall Protection Equipment Certification from Sulowski Fall Protection Inc.
Before entering into the Training and Safety industry Ms. Rollings received the American Sign Language and Deaf Culture Certification from Cambridge College. She has acquired her First Aid Level B with CPR from St. Johns Ambulance and her French Level 3 from Cegep in Trios Riveres Quebec.
Ms. Rollings began her career working in various manufacturing environments as a Human Resources Generalist covering such related aspects as Labour Relations (field liaison with unions and management), Health and Safety (administrative and practical use), Training and Development, and Human Resources Information Systems.
Currently Ms. Rollings provides instruction for two and four hour awareness fall prevention/protection courses, fall protection equipment inspection courses and 16 hour Competent Person courses across North America.
